Northeastern Ontario Tourism
The Goal
Northeastern Ontario Tourism had never promoted any tourism in the Moosonee area. They were eager to create a multimedia project geared towards a variety of audiences letting them know what they could expect from a trip to Ontario's "gateway to the Arctic."
Our Solution
We proposed a four-part video series, a deck of photos, and a multi-part written series for their tourism website to give them as much media as possible to work with in order to launch the campaign.
Creative Approach
We connected with locals in Moosonee and Moose Factory who could share the communities through their eyes. Ryan Sutherland, a local guide, shared the natural beauty of the area. We documented his story in a short film that highlights not only his experiences, but a day out fishing. We spoke to local business owners, tourism operators, and Moosonee's mayor to give audiences an "everything you need to know," overview to plan a trip.
