DP Mitch Bowmile carried out a four-day solo winter expedition through Killarney's La Cloche Mountains showcasing that you don't need to leave Ontario to have amazing outdoor adventures.

LA CLOCHE MOUNTAINS: Impact Approach

THE GOAL

Arc'teryx Toronto had never put out an Ontario-based expedition-focused video, and were eager to see how it would connect with audiences. We decided to create something that would show audiences that Ontario has ample opportunity for adventure in the winter. 

OUR SOLUTION

We partnered with Arc'teryx on DP Mitch Bowmile's four-day solo La Cloche Mountains to create a short, easily digestible, social media video. The goal was to highlight Arc'teryx gear and the terrain without impeding on the expedition.

CREATIVE APPROACH

Without a quick run-and-gun style social media video, we needed it to pack more of a punch. We relied heavily on sound design to amplify emotion and create a more immersive experience.

We recognized additional opportunity for our expedition to do some good and raised over $500 for our friends at Spirit North in the process.
