BECAUSE WE CAN

Keepers of the Circle

The Goal

Keepers of the Circle wanted to create a video series that would lead to a direct uptake of employment for Indigenous Women in the skilled trades across the country.

Our Solution

We knew that the power of this series would come from the women who've broken down barriers to earn their rightful place in the world of trades. We built a plan to profile five women and create a series of themed character-driven films.

Creative Approach

Each film needed to be relatable and encouraging while maintaining authenticity of experience. We focused on who these women are, their stories and made sure each narrative wrapped on an empowering note while not avoiding any hardships or difficulties they faced. Each episode is paired with a call to action to directly drive indigenous women towards employment opportunity
